  Welcome! We are thrilled to have you on board and have dedicated a lot of time creating a brand around your attraction to specific footwear as it's so personal to each individual. Our aim is to provide you with a welcoming experience and the freedom to explore a range of used footwear on a marketplace dedicated to satisfying your interests. 

The practical stuff

🚚From 30/01/2025 we have moved from free shipping to a set fee with Evri, if you would prefer an alternative carrier reach out to morethansolescustomercare@gmail.com and we will happily look at this. We are now trialling deliveries to EU, Canada and USA. We kindly ask that you only add one seller's items to your basket when ordering from outside of the UK as the custom rate only covers shipping for one package.

💬 You will see on certain listings that buyers are happy to chat about the products they have on sale. If this is of interest to you please use the contact details in the listing or visit contact a seller – More Than Soles or email us at morethansolescustomercare@gmaill.com with the username and we will supply you with the sellers contact details 💬

Delivery -  You can choose whether you would like to collect from a Evri collection point or deliver to home address (for UK deliveries). For goods shipped outside of the UK your purchase will be sent to your shipping address. 

Transactions will appear as MTS marketplace on your account

The seller has 5 days to dispatch and we will supply you a tracker ID. 

You will have 48 hours after confirmation of delivery to contact us if you have any concerns with your purchase

BUYER PROTECTION 🔒- receive a full refund in the rare event a seller doesn't, or is unable to send the goods
